Luxury Chocolate Bonbons (Box of 3)

Our bonbons weight between 9-12 grams per piece depending on the flavour & texture. Each piece is made with the utmost care & love for you to experience real organic chocolate (made fresh from bean-to-bar), without preservatives, emulsifiers, oils; & with muscovado sugar, cocoa butter & in some instances nuts.

1. Refunds

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, your refund will be processed and credited in your initial mode of payment within 5-10 business days and 

2. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. Then kindly contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mabonchocolates.com.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we would be happy to send you a replacement. Please contact us at info@mabonchocolates.com with details.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time varies by location:

Domestic: 3-5 business days
International: 7-14 business days

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mabon Chocolates is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
