A note on sizes & packaging: The 350g variant is a whole rectangular bark slab presented in our signature gift box — exactly as pictured. The 100g and 200g variants are broken bark pieces weighed out to your chosen size and sent in a standard box; the gift box and the intact slab are exclusive to the 350g size.

Bean-to-bar means we start with the raw cacao bean and control every step — fermentation, drying, roasting, grinding, conching and tempering — in our own kitchen. Most chocolate is made from pre-processed couverture. Ours isn't.
